 Reassociate *.url with Internet Explorer, Want to create a shortcut in Start Menu that opens YouTube in PIE

Having a problem opening url files in my Blackjack II. It seems Opera Mobile (in which I deselected as the default browser) didn't restore associations with Internet Explorer. Tried opening a .url file in Resco with IE but all I get is a blank screen with file://\Windows\Favorites\YouTube.url and it locks up my BJII. Does anyone know how to fix this???
